1- Must leave space as it was found

2- No smoking 

3- Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors 

4- All rentals include set up and clean up time. 

5- Trash should be taken out at the end of your booking, and taken with you. 

6- Nothing can be moved without permission from the host, and photos taken before moved. 

7- No shoes in house 

8- No tape on floor 

9- No moving of plants without help from owner
